How do I connect Apple Health?

trainGPT requests Apple Health access when you first open the app. If you declined, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > trainGPT on your iPhone and enable the relevant permissions.

How do I get a training plan?

Open the app and tap New Training Plan from the settings menu. Your AI coach will create a personalised plan based on your fitness data, goals, and schedule.

Can I change my training plan?

Yes — just ask your AI coach in the chat. You can adjust your plan at any time by telling the coach about schedule changes, injuries, or new goals.

Is the coaching advice medical advice?

No. trainGPT provides AI-generated coaching suggestions, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying a training programme.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all server-side data associated with your account.

The app isn't syncing my workouts

Make sure Apple Health permissions are enabled (see above). If workouts still aren't appearing, try closing and reopening the app. Workouts recorded by third-party apps will appear once they sync to Apple Health.
